BodyRAW operates bodyraw.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
We've tried to write it in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email support [at] bodyraw.com and we'll explain it properly.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you provide one.
Payment information: we never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers, who handle your card details directly under their own security standards and privacy policies.
When you contact us: whatever you send us — your email address, the content of your message, and any photos or video you provide with a claim.
When you sign up for email or SMS: your email address, phone number, and your consent preferences.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring site, the pages you view, and how you interact with them. This comes from cookies and similar technologies. See the cookies section below.
We don't collect sensitive categories of personal information — we don't ask for your race, health conditions, biometrics, precise geolocation, or government ID numbers, and we'd rather you didn't send them to us.
How we use it
- To take payment, produce your order, and ship it to you
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
- To answer your questions and handle claims
- To send marketing email or SMS, if you've opted in — you can opt out at any time
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To show and measure advertising
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share personal information with the companies that help us run the store. Each receives only what they need.
Shopify hosts our store and processes orders. Shopify handles this data under its own privacy policy.
Our fulfillment partner receives your name, shipping address, and order contents so your product can be made and shipped to you. Orders are produced and shipped by a third-party manufacturer on our behalf, and they cannot use your information for their own marketing.
Payment processors handle your payment details directly.
Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your package.
Email and SMS providers send messages on our behalf, if you've subscribed.
Analytics and advertising providers — including Google, Meta, and TikTok — receive information about your visit through the cookies and pixels described below.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We never have and we don't intend to.
We do need to be precise about one thing, because privacy laws in California and several other states define "selling" and "sharing" more broadly than most people would expect. Those definitions can include letting advertising platforms collect information about your visit through cookies and pixels in order to show you relevant ads — even when no money changes hands.
We use advertising and analytics tools on this site, so under those broader definitions some of that activity may count as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. We'd rather say that plainly than hide behind a technicality.

Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for three things:
- Essential — keeping your cart working, keeping you logged in, security. The site doesn't function without these.
- Analytics — understanding which pages people visit and where they run into trouble.
- Advertising — measuring whether our ads work and showing them to relevant audiences.
You can control non-essential cookies through the banner on our site and through your browser settings. Most browsers also respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC), and we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for targeted advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Access a copy of it
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it, subject to records we're legally required to keep
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" as defined by your state's law
- Opt out of marketing email and SMS at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP
To exercise any of these, email support@bodyraw.com. We'll respond within the timeframe your law requires — generally 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we won't discriminate against you for making a request.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes — generally seven years.
Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, and for a short period afterward so we can honor your opt-out.
Support conversations are kept for two years.
Security
We use Shopify's infrastructure, which maintains PCI DSS compliance for payment handling, and we limit internal access to personal information to people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as required by law.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
Where your information is processed
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed and stored here. [If you ship internationally: If you're ordering from outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.]
Changes
We'll update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
